Abstract
There is a wide variety of areas that enterprises find challenging, ranging from Human Resources to Internationalization, Finance, Risk Assessment, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Knowledge Management among others. Soft computing is a promising proposal for solving some of these challenges. In keeping with this idea, this Special Session aims at compiling related research works on the interplay between Soft Computing and Enterprise Management.
